If goods damaged during transportation ( not caused by packaging or sorting ) please notify us immediately & provide supporting materials including photos , videos, tracking number and damage report if possible . please note- If the shipping was previously under invoiced- the maximum compensation will be limited to the declared invoice amount regardless of the actual product value . additionally you must contact us via email & purchase the insurance if you want insure total actual value.
